Don’t want to enter your cases manually? No problem! Have one of our trained staff do it for you. Case turn around times are typically 2-5 business days per 10 cases depending on availability. Cost is $7.50 per case.

How Does It Work?

Purchase Case Credits

  1. Put how many cases you would like to purchase into the box next to the “Add to cart” button above.
  2. Press the “Add to cart” button.
  3. At the top of this page there is a shopping cart icon that reflects how many cases you have chosen. Click that to view your cart. (This is where you can adjust the amount as well.)
  4. Once your cart is open, press the “Got to checkout” button.
  5. Fill out the information to complete the purchase.

Setup Your TitanFile Account

  1. After purchase, you will receive an email from alyzer@indexresourcectr.com within 15 minutes. (Check spam or junk if you don’t see it.) This email will let you know that your TitanFile folder is being created.
  2. Once your TitanFile folder is ready, you will receive an email from “Blake Jacquay via TitanFile” that will ask you to create an account to view your channel.
  3. After creating your account, you will have access to your TitanFile channel. Before uploading files, you must sign the Docusign agreement.
  4. Upload your statements and communicate with your Account Representative in your TitanFile channel.

View Your Cases in Reviewalyzer

  1. Please allow 2-5 business days per 10 cases for your account representative to enter your cases into your Reviewalyzer. (This can be longer if there are complications with your statements.)
  2. Find your case in your Reviewalzer case list. They will be labeled with your case’s first name and last initial as well as the last 4 characters of their policy number.
  3. Review your allocations, ensure everything looks correct.
  4. Use Explanations, Analysis, Reallocation, New Annuity and Comparison tabs and print reports as you see fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the turn around time?

This is typically dependent on Account Manger case demand. We typically tell agents that 10 cases will take 2-5 business days to enter. We recommend plan accordingly for this. (Enter cases whose anniversary dates are at least a month out or so.)

Will you manage my cases for me?

No, this is only for case entry. We are working on a full all-in-one management system where we enter and continually update your cases, but do not have this ready right now.

Who do I contact if I have a question?

We typically recommend contacting your representative through TitanFile. If you have not yet set that up, contact alyzer@indexresourcectr.com

What do I do if I run out of Case Credits?

Come back to this page and purchase more credits. Your account representative will be alerted of how many you have purchased.
