Refund Policy
General Policy. Subscription fees and other charges paid to Alyzer, LLC are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy. By subscribing to or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final.
Refund Requests. Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing to alyzer@indexresourcectr.com. Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within thirty (30) days of the charge in question.
Company Discretion. The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a refund is warranted. Approval of a refund in one instance shall not create an obligation for the Company to approve future refund requests under similar or differing circumstances.
Limitations. Refunds, when granted, will not exceed the value of one month of subscription fees. Refunds will not be granted for prior months of service, partial months of service, or for unused portions of a subscription period. Fees related to setup, onboarding, training, consulting, promotional offers, or discounts are strictly non-refundable.
Final Determination. The Company’s decision regarding refund eligibility and amount shall be final and binding.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of Indiana.
The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in Indiana.
Changes
Alyzer LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.
